Comprehensive Plan Development Agreement
Annual Report September 2010

The Annual Report has been prepared to demonstrate Sony Pictures Entertainment’s (SPE) good faith compliance with the Comprehensive Plan Development Agreement. The Development Agreement was executed on September 15, 1993 between Culver City and SPE for development of the Sony Pictures Studios.

For the second year, SPE’s Annual Report is provided as a micro-website in an effort to advance our environmental initiatives and to create an easily navigated platform for viewers. An option to print this report as a .pdf can be found in the lower right corner of the screen.
